Government Affairs / Legal

The NPBA Government Affairs Committee works collaboratively with City, County and State officials, monitoring proposed regulations and revisions affecting our industry and the membership. NPBA strives to keep members informed of current legislative and political issues that may impact their businesses or the industry that they are in.

NPBA stays updated on current issues at the state level through Building Industry Association of Washington (BIAW) and the national level through National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) As the voice of Clallam County’s construction industry, NPBA advocates for constant improvement of building and business practices and works to defeat measures that harm the housing and business industry to keep quality housing affordable.
